This regional virtual member meetup is an opportunity to connect with other CCEDNet members, Board members and staff in your region, to discuss opportunities and challenges, and ask questions.
The meeting will start with introductions followed by a conversation led by Bill Ninacs (www.lacle.coop) on how to convince funders to support local communities that adopt CED as a poverty reduction strategy. What are the issues related to communities adopting CED as a strategy to reduce poverty and social exclusion? What are examples in Québec and Ontario that can be used to strengthen the argument?
New members are particularly welcome.
