Lynn Mountford, District Manager for Grand River with The Co-operators. In today’s competitive marketplace, how can co-ops distinguish themselves and engage clients who are not aware of the co-operative advantage? As a long established co-operative, The Co-operators has recently released its 2015-2018 Strategic Plan with three focus areas: Client Engagement, Co-operative Identity and Competitiveness. Although distinct, these focus areas are interrelated and interdependent. Success will depend on continually living the principles and values of all co-operatives: honesty, openness, inclusivity, voice and social responsibility. Lynn will provide insight on how The Co-operators applies these principles in its distribution through trusted advisors.
All attendees MUST pre-register for the AGM. There is NO cost for On Co-op Members, Members of Member Organizations (MOMOs) or Stakeholders to attend. Non-Members are required to pay $20 + HST upon registering.
