Options has been providing homeownership opportunities for households with incomes as low as $30,000 per year, in the GTA, for over 20 years. A non-profit condominium development consultant, Options has a unique model for helping low and moderate income families and individuals become homeowners. Options is at the forefront of Canada’s social enterprise movement.

In this role you will be responsible for providing vision for all sales and marketing strategies and their execution, building strategic business relationships, and formulating innovative business development strategies. You will be responsible for achieving quarterly/annual sales goals as well as developing distribution channels, while acting as the advocate for all clients, both pre and post-sale and focus on building strategic relationships with purchasers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight of marketing and sales functions
  • Act as an advocate for clients both pre and post-sale
  • Build strategic relationships with purchasers / purchaser groups / condo Boards
  • Ensure sales team maintains relationship with purchasers and acts as point of contact throughout purchase and sale
  • Develop and execute organizational and project marketing and sales plans
  • Oversight of sales conversion/client management process including ongoing analysis and strategy of conversions as well as consistent execution of process (e.g. info sessions)
  • Manage effectiveness of sales team, including ongoing recruitment, retention and development
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with identifying marketplace trends
  • Create marketing campaigns for new products and services including budgeting and expenditure planning


  • 10 years of working in marketing or sales
  • 5 years in a senior management capacity
  • Knowledge of the real estate development industry
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with financial systems, budgets and internal controls
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and email)


  • High level of integrity, creativity, commitment, and achievement oriented
  • Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity
  • Strong presentation skills both written/verbal
  • Able to meet tight deadlines/make decisions with changing priorities
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
