ArtsJunktion is looking for a visionary and energetic person to apply for the position of Community Outreach Coordinator. This is a part time position of approximately 15-20 hours per week and includes evenings and weekends.
The successful applicant will be responsible for connecting organizations, community groups and individuals with ArtsJunktion workshops, programs and supplies; fundraising events (in collaboration with the Executive Director); developing new depot partnerships with businesses and community groups; assisting in planning, facilitating, and hosting ArtHives (our free community crafting events); and other duties relevant to the workings of ArtsJunktion and the depot.
Applicants must have excellent communication and organizational skills, general computer skills, a knowledge of the arts community, and a friendly, welcoming manner.
