Rural Works! A Rural Policy Think Tank took place at the Keystone Centre in Brandon, Manitoba on November 6, 2014. The vision the Rural Development Institute (RDI) at Brandon University and its long-time partner, Manitoba Agriculture, Food, and Rural Development (MAFRD) had for the day was two-fold. First, it was to create a time and place for a conversation about economic development in rural Manitoba.
