Join us for honest conversations and genuine connections at the Social Enterprise Conversations series.
Join Thrive Impact Fund, the Comox Valley Community Foundation, the Campbell River Community Foundation, and Scale Collaborative for a conversation about social enterprise leadership and a candid look into the challenges and innovation required to operate and expand a social enterprise. Maurita Prato will talk about LUSH Valley’s building acquisition as an enterprise and impact strategy, and Andy MacDougall will share the story of how Wachiay Studio—a for-profit social enterprise owned by the Wachiay Friendship Centre—provides the region with access to eco-friendly printing services.
The conversation will be followed by an opportunity to connect as a community. Tickets include snacks and a drink. Thanks to the generous support of the Comox Valley Community Foundation, tickets for this Social Enterprise Conversation are free of cost. Register now!
