Dear CCEDNet Manitoba Members,
For some, 2020 has already felt like a decade, but at the time of writing this there is still 17% of the year remaining. We’ve been so proud of our membership as you’ve moved mountains to continue serving our communities in this time of exceptional need. It’s tough to imagine a home without the essential work you are all doing.
As you know, amidst all this change CCEDNet Manitoba funding has been reduced, and we’ve all been working reduced hours. We’ve been busy over the past few months planning a revision to our programming to align with our new funding reality and the changing landscape around us. We are not proposing a significant overhaul of our activities, but we are proposing some changes and a general focusing of our work. We’re now ready for your feedback.
We’re asking members to join us on November 13 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM to review our proposed changes and provide feedback. Your input is essential to our planning, as this is your Network. We want to make sure our work is the most effective it can be in supporting your goals of inclusive and sustainable economies and communities.
