Anil Verma is a Professor of Human Resource Management at Rotman School of Management and Director of the Centre for Industrial Relations & Human Resources. His primary research interests are in the area of management responses to unionization, participative forms of work organization, wage and employment outcomes, and the contribution of workplace innovations to organizational performance. He serves as a member of the Advisory Committee on Labour and Income Statistics at Statistics Canada and on the Board of Directors of COSTI Immigration Services, the largest such non-profit agency in Canada.

Anil Verma est Professeur en gestion des ressources humaines à la Rotman School of Management et Directeur du Centre for Industrial Relations & Human Resources. Ses principaux intérêts de recherche sont dans le domaine des réponses de la direction à la syndicalisation, des formes participatives de l’organisation du travail, des résultats de la rémunération et de l’emploi ainsi que de la contribution des innovations dans le milieu de travail en matière de rendement organisationnel. Il siège au Comité consultatif sur la statistique du travail et revenu de Statistique Canada et au Conseil d’administration de COSTI Immigration Services, le plus grand organisme sans but lucratif en son genre au Canada.
