Niamh O’Sullivan joined the Buy Social Canada team in 2020. Her work is focused on building business relationships that generate social benefits to communities across the country. In this work she manages the network of Certified Social Enterprises, relationships with Social Purchasing Partners and Community Champions.
Her experience includes facilitation, engagement, implementing and reporting on Community Benefit Agreements, strengthening and connecting social enterprises within the ecosystem across Canada, as well as establishing a culture of trust in partner relationships and with social enterprises to achieve lasting impact.
She also manages and facilitates the Buy Social Canada Social Procurement Professional Certificate.
Niamh believes that the way we do we business needs to change. Being more intentional about how and where you spend money can transform the livelihoods of many for the better. It brings Niamh joy to hear about the impact social enterprises create.
