Kristi Rivait is a social entrepreneur, coach, and advisor with 20+ years of nonprofit executive-level experience. In 2014, Kristi co-founded Scale Collaborative to support a thriving, connected, and abundant social change sector able to meet communities’ needs, scale solutions, and transform the economy.
As Director of Partnerships and Programs, Kristi co-developed Thriving Non-Profits, a revenue diversification and abundant mindset program that has supported hundreds of organizations in generating income that increases impact and grows community assets. In the last three years, through collaboration, Kristi has scaled Thriving Non-Profits across Canada and transformed it from one program into one of Canada’s top learning, coaching, and community hubs for nonprofits.
In 2022, Kristi was named runner-up for BC Business’s Women Leader of the Year for Nonprofits. In 2024, she was selected as a TEDx speaker and recently delivered a talk on ‘How Nonprofits are the Key to Building an Economy that Cares.’
