Workshop lead: Placed Based Community Economic Development: A Partnership Approach.
Courtney Robertson, community social worker (CSW), City of Calgary, has led the development of the CSW program’s CED plan for place-based poverty reduction in targeted neighbourhoods. Courtney holds a BA in development studies, a BSW and an MSW all from the University of Calgary. She also completed the Simon Fraser University CED program. Courtney serves as a board member for CommunityWise Resource Centre and Calgary Scope Society.
