Elizabeth Chick is the Executive Director of Buy Social Canada, an initiative that promotes social purchasing – helping organizations across Canada to “purchase with a purpose” – and social enterprise certification. Elizabeth studied Law at the University of Cambridge and University of Utrecht, and has worked in Legal Research and with the Legal Services Society of BC. She is a Social Innovation Alumni of Year Here and has worked with Social Enterprises and consulted for the Public Sector in the UK and Canada.

Elizabeth Chick est la Directrice de la recherche et de l’innovation au LEF et travaille depuis plus de 10 ans pour faire progresser les buts communautaires par l’engagement communautaire, l’entreprise sociale et l’élaboration, la coordination et l’évaluation de programmes. Elle a réalisé de la recherche, coordonné des projets et animé des réseaux dans le cadre de son travail auprès de Greater Fredericton Social Innovation, d’Atlantic Social Economy Research Network et du RCDÉC.
