With over twenty years’ experience in planning, facilitating, and writing, Kirsten has provided services for the international development and environmental sectors, not-for-profit groups, Indigenous Nations and initiatives, and faith-based communities. Her areas of expertise include group facilitation, collective impact initiatives, theory-of-change, information gathering processes, and project coordination. She uses an approach that is grounded in mutual respect, reconciliation, and environmental and social justice.
