Quinton Delorme (he/they/she) is an Ininiw, Two-Spirit community helper in Winnipeg, MB. Having grown up in Winnipeg’s North End and Elmwood neighbourhoods, Quinton has been working in the community in various capacities over the past five years. Their efforts include work in Indigenous youth-led community organizing, oskâpêwis work, harm reduction, systems facilitation, and participatory action research, among other things. Quinton is currently serving as the Special Projects Liaison at Sunshine House, a community-based resource center focusing on harm reduction and social inclusion, where she is working on internal policy revision, research on Two-Spirit epistemologies, and participant-centered Indigenous language programming. Quinton is completing his Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies at the University of Winnipeg.
