Amy Black has been a Program Coordinator for 7 years at Community Financial Counselling Services (CFCS). She began her career in public health working for a decade in child and family development. Amy is passionate about working with individuals and community partners dedicated to overcoming barriers to accessing benefits and services. This passion brought Amy to CFCS and the world of Financial Empowerment where she currently manages the delivery of tax and benefit services in 23 Winnipeg Family Resource Centers and a fast-growing number of First Nations Communities in Manitoba.
