John Samson Fellows

John Samson Fellows is a literacy instructor at the John Howard Society of Manitoba. He works with currently and formerly incarcerated people, helping them build skills for system navigation and creative expression. John has taught creative writing in the minimum, medium and maximum security units at Stony Mountain Institution with the University of Winnipeg’s Walls to Bridges program, and co-founded a chapter of Book Clubs for Inmates at Stony minimum. He’s also a songwriter and a weaver.
