Kathryn LeBlanc

Kathryn is a social impact communications expert and the Principal Consultant and founder of LeBlanc (& co.) Communications. She is a sought after strategist, media and communications trainer, and speaker. Before starting her consulting firm, Kathryn led communications for several organizations, staffed political campaigns, and worked in media relations on Canada’s Parliament hill.

Now, Kathryn serves clients in Winnipeg, across Canada, and globally — exclusively in values-aligned fields such as community economic development, health, climate, housing, gender justice and 2SLGBTQI issues, philanthropy, social services, arts, and civic engagement. She uses communications strategy and training to help clients fulfil their mission — and reach their social impact goals.

As an entrepreneur, Kathryn has grown LeBlanc (& co.) Communications to a thriving team of 6 full-time staff. Prior to starting her company, Kathryn worked in nonprofits and on Parliament hill.
