Laurie Ringaert has been the Principal Consultant and owner of Change Weavers Consulting since 2015. She is a management consultant who helps organizations find clarity and direction in their programs and organizations through strategic planning, facilitation, evaluation, coaching, project management, and research. She has worked with Indigenous communities and organizations, environmental, health, public health, newcomers, education, business, and other entities.

Laurie has a master’s degree in community health sciences from the University of Manitoba, is a Credentialed Evaluator with the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES), and is a Certified Professional Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators. She is also a researcher and co-investigator on several University of Manitoba research projects.

She brings over 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating workshops. Her experience includes strategic planning and facilitated workshops for organizations such as The Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment, YMCA-YWCA Canada, The Manitoba Museum, Taking Charge!, Brandon Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation-Brandon Local Immigration Partnership, Grey Bruce Aboriginal Qimmiq Team, Safe Workers of Tomorrow, MFL Occupational Health Centre, Moosejaw Multicultural Council-Prairie Skies Integration Network and the Sandy Saulteaux Spiritual Centre-Return of the Buffalo Program.
