Originally from Saskatoon, Hannah now lives in Winnipeg (Treaty 1). She has a background in research, organizing, and advocacy, and including grassroots climate justice organizing for over five years. Hannah holds a Masters degree in Natural Resource Management from the University of Manitoba, where her thesis research was on traditional Indigenous food systems. She currently spends her time researching provincial climate policy solutions with Manitoba’s Climate Action Team, and leading a participatory data collection project to inform local climate advocacy with Climate Reality Project Canada.
