Jessica Floresco is the General Manager at Mother Earth Recycling. She is a proud member of the Metis community and has been working with the urban indigenous population and rural First Nations for the past ten years on environmental sustainability issues, land use, and governance. Mother Earth Recycling (MER) is a for-profit Indigenous social enterprise business that delivers a variety of recycling and refurbishment services in Winnipeg, Manitoba while also offering jobs and training opportunities to community members who face multiple barriers to employment.
