Allen has a wide range of experience in the areas of communications, outreach, policy development, and government relations with organizations such as the Government of Manitoba, the Independent Living Resource Centre, SEED Winnipeg, and Immigration Partnership Winnipeg. He is a graduate of University of Winnipeg and Red River College. Allen is inspired by working alongside various communities in order to improve their lives.
