Daisydee Bautista is one of the founding members and managers of ANAK Publishing Worker Cooperative Ltd.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba to immigrant parents, her wealth of experience includes over two decades as a tutor, community organizer, youth program coordinator, and administrative officer in the inner-city and among the immigrant and refugee communities. She is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics, and presently working at SEED Winnipeg, a community economic development organization focused on poverty reduction and financial empowerment.
