Ryan Wengelinkski

Ryan Wengelinski is the Reintegration Pathfinder at The Native Clan Organization. Ryan works out of Manitou House which is the Community Reintegration Facility (CRF) in Winnipeg. Manitou House is a supportive housing space that provides Culturally grounded healing and balanced support for Relatives returning to the community after involvement with the federal justice system. Ryan specializes in Section 84 release planning & connecting with Relatives prior to release. Section 84 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (CCRA) applies to Relatives who wish to serve their eventual conditional or statutory release in an Indigenous community, or in an urban area with the support and direction of an Indigenous organization. Ryan’s roots come from Keesekoose First Nation in Treaty 4. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and has been with NCO for 6 years in a variety of roles.
