Stephanie founded Respect for the Earth and All People (REAP) Business Association in 2006 as a values-based community of local businesses to green and localize Calgary's economy. The network grew to 150 members collectively representing $21 billion in revenue, 4300 Calgary area jobs, $25 million in charitable donations, 93 000 volunteer hours and millions of tonnes of CO2 and waste diverted each year. Its' programming received a variety of awards for innovation and leadership in commerce and sustainability. In January 2020 REAP merged with Thrive and continues as the Be Local Network under the stewardship of Momentum.
With REAP successfully transitioned to new leadership, Stephanie now consults with purpose-driven businesses, networks and government to scale social and economic impact.
