David Kron is Executive Director of the Cerebral Palsy Association of Manitoba (CPMB), serves on the Steering Committees of Barrier Free Manitoba, Integrated Adult Services (IAS) Pilot Project (Government of Manitoba), and Disability Matters Votes and is a member of the Children’s Coalition, The Social Planning Council of Winnipeg, and Make Poverty History Manitoba.
David is a lifelong resident of Winnipeg and has always been interested in the welfare of traditionally underserved and underrepresented people. He has long been involved in the disability community, as an employee, volunteer, advocate and a person with a visible disability. This has expanded to poverty awareness within this community and in other vulnerable sectors. Giving all citizens an opportunity to be a contributing member of an accessible and equitable Manitoba is his passion.
