The Gathering is a pay-what-you-can community event. Please consider contributing what you can to ensure this community event continues to thrive.

Below we have provided guidelines for how individuals might choose a registration rate:
• Full price: employees of large organizations ($1m and above), consultants and professionals established in their careers.
• Reduced rate: employees of medium organizations ($250,000 to $500,000), consultants and professionals beginning their careers.
• Support rate: employees of small organizations (under $250,000), youth at the start of their careers, those who can cover their own costs of participating.
• Barrier free: people who choose barrier free might be community members who are Indigenous, Black, or People of Colour, people with disabilities, students, people with lived experience of poverty, or low-income earners.
• Presenter/Funder/Volunteer: Only select this option if you are part of the program or are an official funder or volunteer.
