The 2011 Annual General Meeting was held on June 7 at the offices of the Learning Enrichment Foundation, the evening prior to the Ontario CED Conference. This was the first time an AGM has been hosted by a member – thanks to Peter Frampton and the LEF team for the warm welcome.
This was also the first year that the AGM was broadcast via webinar, a practice we hope to continue in the future.
Congratulations to Michael Farris, Diana Jedig and Carol Madsen who were elected to the Board of Directors for 3-year terms, and thank you to all the candidates who stood for election. CCEDNet’s President, Caroline Lachance, also expressed special gratitude to outgoing Board members Natasha Jackson, Roz Lockyer, Stacia Kean and Brad Franck.
