This report draws together information from all of the research projects conducted as part of the Manitoba Research Alliance on Community Economic Development in the New Economy. It includes sections on; defining CED and the state of CED in Manitoba, government support for CED, business planning and development, CED policy in Manitoba, defining the New Economy, and government policy that supports the New Economy. It ends with recommendations for policy that supports CED. The report also includes a bibliography of selected MRA reports used for this kit.
